WCT Membership Terms & Conditions
- Membership is reserved for accredited investors and subject to approval by WCT. Members must
self-certify when joining that they meet the accreditation requirements.
Member Conduct & Agreements
- Members must agree to a Code of Conduct, including professionalism and confidentiality to maintain a standard of respect, accountability, and responsibility.
- WCT is not a broker/dealer or investment advisor. Members are responsible for their own investment decisions.
- Meetings and communications do not constitute an offer or solicitation. All decisions remain with the member.
Liability & Disclaimers
- WCT disclaims all liability for members’ investment decisions and outcomes.
- WCT provides introductions and information “as-is”, with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness
Confidentiality & Privacy
- Member, company, and deal information must remain confidential and cannot be shared outside the group without permission
- Members must respect the privacy of all members and not share any personal data externally.
Conflicts of Interest
- Members must disclose any potential conflicts of interest tied to presenting companies or opportunities.
No Solicitation
- Members may not solicit other members to invest in their fund, syndicate, SPV, or other pooled
investment vehicle, or to participate in side syndicates formed outside WCT’s approved process, during
membership or for 12 months thereafter without prior approval from WCT.
Don’t Circumvent the Investment Process
- Once a company is in the WCT pipeline, members must not bypass or pre-empt that process. All interest
and engagement should flow through WCT’s official process.
